The Tjaden Family | 2017
I've thoroughly loved getting to know this adorable family over the past few years! If you've followed me in the past, you've seen them pop up on the blog several times! They've had photo session with both their extended family and their own immediate family over the years and it's been a true joy to watch their littles grow up in front of my camera! Enjoy some of my favorites from their northeast Iowa fall photo session...
I have to mention that Zane, their jolly giant Great Dane, is one of the most lovey well-behaved doggies I've ever met... not to mention, one of the largest!
I'm in love with these sweet kiddos smiles!
In this full family session, we switched up the scenery by going for a little uphill walk, kids in tow! Okay, maybe it was more like an uphill CLIMB! Thanks for being troopers, guys!
Our walk was gorgeous through the autumn leaves and gave the little man time to enjoy his bottle. This little dude has one SUPER MOM!
Grandma and Grandpa were along to help out at the photo session, and boy, were they great! There was the occasional reminder to "smile without opening your mouth all of the way"... LOL! I loved this little one's scream-face-excited-smile! Obviously I had to share a few.
Sometimes you have to let out a little roar!
It just does not get any more precious than a mom and dad enjoying their babies.
You two are so great together and such a wonderful example of love to your sweet babes.
You probably already know, but I am one of the most sentimental people you'll ever meet! So when these guys brought along the kids' great-grandma's wagon, we didn't only use it for function, but for some fun photos, too!
I really can't believe this little guy is almost a year old! This was about the age that I first photographed his big sister. So blessed to watch these two grow and change over the years!
It has been such a treat to photograph your beautiful family! Thank you for trusting me with these precious milestones, for coming all the way to NE Iowa to play in front of my camera, for hiking up hills, giggling, and being so fun to work with. I hope you enjoy your photos as much as I've enjoyed making them!
